The property is located in a residential area of Santiago de Cuba, very quiet, clean and conducive for rest and enjoyment. The house is a construction of 1935 with a colonial style and a high state of preservation. The walls are made of solid double wood, they have a high strut and are covered with French tiles. The rooms are wide and fresh. In the morning you can enjoy the first sun and afternoon shadows and a cool breeze in the portal. We also offer a large garden with fruit trees and ornamental plants.
